My leadership extended to planning a comprehensive media photography day and coordinating professional coverage for live performances and Creative Engagement activities. Beyond logistics, I captured candid behind-the-scenes footage and facilitated critical Q&A sessions with production companies on assessment day to deepen the connection between performers and audiences.
